Jack Horne

I had the opportunity to work with Mark in preparation for my Captain process Interview. I was confident in my Interview skills going into my preparation with Mark. After working with him a few times he was able to break down each question and help me bridge everything together. I was able to take my Interview to the next level and be confident in any question that I was asked. He also recommended some minor adjustments to my resume that helped me stand out as a better candidate. In the end I was successful in promoting to the position of Captain and I’m thankful I reached out to Mark for help.
